A reminder ALL The CMPNY students are to be registered with Direct Debit, please complete the Direct Debit Setup, it will be in a separate email with a securely encrypted link to enter your payment details and finalise setup of your Direct Debit (Payrix eDDR form). Payments can be debited from a bank account or a credit card (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX). 

Please complete the form within 24 hours.

Payments will be debited fortnightly in advance as per the terms of enrolment.

Please note that processing fees are on-charged for this service. Fees currently are:
- Bank Accounts: $0.88 transaction fee
- Credit Cards: $0.33 transaction fee plus 1.98% merchant surcharge for Visa/Mastercard/AMEX (plus additional 1.10% for international cards)
- Failure Fee $12.00 

Payments will appear on your account statement as IPY*THECMPNY. Payrix is an authorised Direct Debit processor with an Australian Financial License (AFSL no. 418105). All payment data is encrypted, stored and processed within a highly secure network. Its entire process is certified at the highest level of compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your payment details are encrypted and not visible to or accessible by any of our staff.

If you pay your installment via your Customer Portal before the DD payment is due, or pay your fees in advance for the month or term a direct debit will not be processed to your account.

Terms & Conditions
All chosen classes and / or packages will require payment for the full term regardless of attendance.
It is preferable that should a student wish to change classes that it is done at the beginning of a term.
If payment is not received by the due date; 2 courtesy text message reminders will be sent.
If payment is still not forthcoming a 5% late fee will apply for the term and unfortunately the student will be unable to participate in class until payment has been made. 
Competition students, attendance is extremely important, if there are more than 3 unexplained absences unfortunately we will have to take you out of the routine.
